About Kim:
Three Generations of Real Estate ... Some things are just in your blood! My grandparents stressed the importance of owning rental properties with my father, who owned his first rent house at the age of 26. He then encouraged my mother to obtain her real estate license. She became a broker/owner of an agency, managed multiple rentals and served on various boards. Following in her footsteps, I obtained my license in 2007. Initially, I worked part-time while raising two small children. I now work in real estate full-time and enjoy spending time with my husband and children, who are now at Texas A&M, as well as an occasional game of golf, walking to Market Street, visiting family, and traveling help to keep me balanced.
Business Philosophy:
With a strong desire to help people, I enjoy working with sellers as they transition to their next phase in life, as well as assisting buyers or tenants in finding their perfect home and community. Being affiliated with Connect Realty provides me with immense resources, including innovative technology and tools, specialized vendors, transaction partners, and fellow agents. These resources allow me to easily monitor transactions and critical dates as well as provide support for issues that may come up during the process.
Beyond marketing a home, I utilize my staging, pricing, and negotiation skills. Successful transactions happen by providing constant communication, a dedication to the client, an eye for details and utmost professionalism and integrity.
